A HOME Curated For A LIFE Beautifully Lived

The brief was clear from the first conversation. The clients wanted to love being home. Not just comfortable at home. Not just content. Genuinely, completely in love with every room they walked into.

They came with a shell: well-built, well-positioned above the Swan River, and almost entirely without personality. What they wanted was glamour. Colour. A home that felt curated and considered and completely their own. LLP Design delivered exactly that.

Every room was conceived as a deliberate act. Bold colour choices, sculptural furniture, brass accents and artwork placed with pedantic attention to detail. The result is a home that stops you the moment you step inside.

DRAMATIC and deeply liveable, in EQUAL measure.

the LIVING Room

The living room sets the register for the entire house. A sculptural black fireplace anchors the space with the kind of presence that makes every other decision in the room possible. Against it, charcoal sofas dressed in cobalt blue cushions bring the colour the clients came for without apology. The brass coffee table catches the light and holds the room together.

The styling is layered and considered: decorative objects in dark metal and brass sit on a mirrored side table, a pink art glass vase introduces a note of warmth and wit. Fresh flowers, art books, objects with a story.

This is a room that reveals itself slowly and rewards the people who live in it every single day.

SOME rooms earn their place by being exactly RIGHT for the LIFE lived in them.

the Lower Sitting ROOM

The lower sitting room is where the house exhales. Turquoise lounge chairs face the pool terrace and the Swan River beyond, a colour choice that connects the interior palette directly to the water and the sky outside. It is a room designed for the long afternoon, for the kind of ease that only comes when a space has been thought through completely.

The connection between inside and outside is seamless. The glazing dissolves the boundary, the pool sits at eye level, and the river stretches beyond. LLP Design gave this room the furniture and the confidence to meet that view on equal terms.

the MASTER Suite

The master bedroom is the quieter side of the same personality. Where the living spaces lead with drama, the bedroom earns its place through restraint. Warm carpet, a natural fibre bed frame and raw timber bedside tables build a palette of sand and oat that slows the pace of the house the moment you cross the threshold.

Paired ceramic lamps sit either side of the bed with a symmetry that reads as calm rather than formal. On the wall, a pair of canvases in ochre and gold bring the considered hand of LLP Design into even the most private room in the house. Nothing is accidental. Everything earns its place.
