Most renovations go wrong before a single wall is touched: the wrong order, the wrong budget, the wrong quote. Every LLP Design engagement starts with three decades of experience on your side, from a single room to the whole home.

Complimentary first concept

Send photos or a floor plan. Luis will reply with a first idea.

Upload photos of your rooms, a floor plan or an existing quote with your enquiry below. For a select few homes each month, Luis personally sends back a complimentary first concept: a before and after visual of one room, or a new layout idea.

Renovation Roadmap

A two hour visit to your home with Principal Luis La Pegna, followed by a written plan you can act on.

Design fee from $450

No walls moved, no bathroom ripped out. One focused piece of work, designed and delivered by the studio.

Terms
  1. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  2. One complimentary concept per home: a before and after visual of one room, or a layout idea for one room.
  3. The complimentary concept is for homeowners planning a renovation or furnishing project within the next 12 months.
  4. Complimentary concepts are offered to a select number of homes each month. LLP Design chooses which requests it accepts and may decline any request.
  5. Concepts are sent within 10 business days of acceptance.
  6. A concept is a first idea only. It is not a full design, measured drawings or documentation, and is not for construction.
  7. All concepts, plans and reports remain the intellectual property of LLP Design and may not be passed to other designers, builders or trades to build from.
  8. The next step after a complimentary concept is a Renovation Roadmap. Roadmap and single service fees are credited as described above.
  9. All budget figures, ranges and estimates given in a consultation, report or the online calculator are indicative only. They are not a quote, offer or guarantee of price and exclude structural works, council, development and strata approvals, asbestos, hidden defects and changes in supplier and trade pricing.
  10. A fixed price is provided only in a written quote following a site visit and confirmed scope.
  11. LLP Design provides interior design, decoration and project management advice only. It does not provide structural, engineering, building inspection, valuation, legal or financial advice. Clients should obtain those from appropriately licensed professionals.
  12. LLP Design is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on an indicative figure, concept or review alone.
  13. There is no obligation to proceed.
