How it works
Send the room. Then talk it through.
Send photos and a short video of the room, a floor plan or rough measurements, what you love about it, what is not working, and the budget you have in mind. Luis reviews it, then spends 45 minutes with you on a video call.

Your written direction arrives within two weeks of the call. A design direction only: not a quote, a construction drawing, or structural, building or compliance advice. Recommendations are indicative and may change once the room is measured and inspected. LLP Design retains copyright in all drawings and concepts.

Once your LLP Design fee is paid, the audit fee is credited against it in full, when you proceed within 60 days.
