Harbour apartments
Apartment renovation, resolved before it begins.
Strata approval, building rules, lift bookings and neighbours above and below. The studio manages each of these before a trade arrives, so the work proceeds without friction and the building is left as it was found.
Terraces and family houses
Light, proportion and joinery made for one family.
In Paddington, Woollahra and Bellevue Hill the work is about drawing light into the plan, resolving how a family moves through the house, and joinery made for the rooms it sits in.
