Project management
Every trade, one point of contact.
Builders, joiners, stonemasons, electricians and painters are engaged and managed by the studio. You deal with Luis, and Luis deals with everyone else.
Control and trust
Nothing proceeds without your written approval.
Costs are confirmed before work begins and every change is approved in writing. You will never be surprised by a cost.
How a renovation runs
Brief and design
The plan, the finishes and the joinery are designed and approved before any work is priced.
Approvals
Strata, council and building requirements are prepared and managed by the studio.
Build and handover
Trades are scheduled and supervised, then the finished rooms are furnished and styled.
